A 72-year-old man with previous myocardial infarction and severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction was admitted with fast ventricular tachycardia (VT) requiring emergency electrical cardioversion. Coronary angiography demonstrated three-vessel coronary artery disease, but no targets for revascularization.
